The Annual General Meeting:
1. Confirmed the minutes from the AGM on 18 October 2024.
2. Received the National President’s Report
3. Received the audited financial accounts for the financial year ending 30 June 2025
4. Appointed an auditor for the EHA financial accounts for the financial year ending 30 June 2026
5. Appointed Directors to the Environmental Health Australia Ltd Board
6. Discussed other business
Constitution Items 31, 32 and 34 outlines the composition and board procedures including that half of the Board must stand down at each AGM, whilst still being eligible for re-election.
Section 26 of the Constitution enables a Member to appoint a proxy. The proxy form is available here. If a proxy is to be appointed, the details must be received by national@eh.org.au at the close of business on Friday 10 October 2025.
